Rob was a Great Trainer and helped us break through our "Plateau". We were simply "stuck" on our own and he provided us with nutritional info to punch through along with new exercises. We could not believe we were not eating enough calories and that was really hurting us. He was extremely Professional with my partner and myself even when he had to listen to us argue or pick at each other during the workout. HATS OFF BEST TRAINER!!

Rob integrates the physical and mental elements of training with nutrition and motivation. He keeps the sessions demanding, yet not monotonous. I've used trainers in the past, but Rob is definitely the best. He's there to motivate me, help with workouts, teach me new exercises, and review my diet with me each week. He doesn't watch the clock during a workout and makes sure that I leave feeling exhausted, but not overworked! I highly recommend Rob!

Rob's been my trainer for over a month now and he's really great about keeping the workouts varied so I don't ever know what to expect (so I can't dread it!) and so I don't get bored.
